All the links to the minutes are generated automatically each time you visit the page.
A customized web program
- looks for files in the "minutes" folder,
- sorts the files by date,
- groups them automatically by year and
- builds links to the files.
Clicking on any of the links will open
the associated file. When the latest "Minutes" file is available, it is put into the folder and
will appear automatically on the page the next time you visit.
